This means to me that if I do my hard and it hard for me and I still do it then I know in going to get something in return because I’m putting my effort to complete it.  Yes you work hard and a great comeback will come to you. So if you keep up with your hard work later in the future you will get something bigger than your hard work.  For example in your school if you turn in all your work and homework then in return you will get a good grade, for compelling your task.
