"It's a great when someone has character to step up and do the right thing at the right time."-Pam Knox
This means that people are afraid to try new things that have to do with choosing the right. But there are someone people that have that courage to step up and try something new. For example, when  you see someone get bullied and you have the character to go up to those bullies and tell them to stop. That shows that you have character to go up and try something new that is right and know when to do the right thing. People that have great character has the most chances to go up to someone and tell then to do something right and know when to do it.
