Research and discover the many student services lausd offers students. 

Create a new post and : 

• community service  
• magnet programs  
• small learning community programs 

These services will benefit you because it gives a better understanding about what will college be to you and get just to those things. I think  i will use small learning community programs because you are working with a small group of kids and it's in a community.
